Independent, Canadian, and built for one set of obligations.
Provasure Inc. is an independent Canadian software company. We build the FINTRAC system of record for leasing companies, finance companies, and dealerships that hold their own paper: the businesses that became reporting entities on April 1, 2025.
The obligations arrived before the tools did.
FINTRAC's obligations reached financing and leasing entities on April 1, 2025. The software waiting for them was built for banks: enterprise AML platforms sold with an implementation team attached, or American tools with the labels swapped. An owner-run leasing company with a handful of staff had nothing honest to choose between those and a spreadsheet.
Provasure is what sits in between. Every step cites the FINTRAC guidance it comes from, the workflow follows how a deal actually moves through a lease file or a dealership, and an owner can stand the whole program up without hiring someone to translate it first.
The team behind Provasure.
Provasure is founder-led. The founders build the product, run the guided setup sessions and handle customer questions directly, so whoever answers can speak to both the software and the FINTRAC obligation behind each step.
Co-founded Provasure after ten years in compliance-enforced industries, most of that in fintech, where the obligation shapes the product rather than sits beside it. Previously founded Lyts.link, a tool built for AML consultants.
Co-founded Provasure after working in banking compliance, across KYC, audit and staff training: three of the obligations FINTRAC now examines leasing companies and dealerships on.
Three things we hold to.
